The names and identities of people involved in family law proceedings are restricted under Section 121 of the
Family Law Act. The Federal Magistrates Court, however, sometimes issues publication orders that lift the restrictions. This is to assist in locating a child who has been involved in family law
proceedings and has been taken from their parent (usually by the other parent).

Description of last contact: Mother last saw child on 14 May 2009. Father stated that he was taking the child from the Central Coast area on a trip to Pine Rivers, Queensland, to visit the paternal great grandmother. Father stated that he would be returning child to mother on Friday 22 May 2009. Father failed to return the child on this date and has been missing ever since. Prior to the 14/5/09 child had lived with the mother since birth.
