Fee/s for Bankruptcy
Fees are set out in Schedule 1 of the Federal Magistrates Court of Australia Regulations 2000. The fees are made by the Federal Government and are increased bi-annually.

If you cannot afford the fee/s you can either:
- apply for an exemption, or
- apply for a waiver.
