Bankruptcy Lists on Tuesdays and Thursdays
Notice to Practitioners in Victoria Only
Effective from Tuesday, 14 August 2007, the Victorian District Registry will conduct the Tuesday and Thursday Bankruptcy Lists as follows:
- at 9.30 am, up to 20 new matters will be listed;
- at 11.00 am, all adjourned matters will be listed.
Accordingly, commencing on Tuesday 7 August 2007, all matters that are adjourned to a Tuesday or Thursday Bankruptcy List in the future will be adjourned to the relevant date at 11.00 am.
