Court Fees
Fees are made by the Federal Government and are increased biennially.
Court fees are exempt from GST
Fees in proceedings in the Federal Circuit Court are set out in the Federal Court and Federal Circuit Court Regulation 2012 (for general federal law fees) and the Family Law (Fees) Regulation 2012 (for family law fees).
