Federal Magistrates Court of Australia Court FeesThe Federal Government imposes filing fees, setting down and hearing fees for applications filed in the Federal Magistrates Court. Fees are set out in Schedule 1 of the Federal Magistrates Court of Australia Regulations 2000. The fees are made by the Federal Government and are increased bi-annually.
