Using information obtained through the Federal Law Search

This database may be relied upon for the purposes of:

• a search in relation to a bankruptcy notice as required by rule 4.04 of the Federal Court (Bankruptcy) Rules 2005 and rule 4.04 of the Federal Circuit Court (Bankruptcy) Rules 2006;
• a search of the Register of Caveats Against Arrest as required by rule 39 and form 13 of the Admiralty Rules 1988;
• a search of the Register of Caveats Against Release as required by rules 51 and 52 and forms 18 and 19 of the Admiralty Rules 1988.

Before relying on the information in the database for any other purpose, users should carefully evaluate its accuracy, currency, completeness and relevance to the purpose for which it is to be used.
