Family Law Combined Registry Project
A number of reports published in the last couple of years have delivered a clear message from the community that there is a need for change and for an improved family law system. As a result the Family Court and the Federal Circuit Court have agreed to work together to implement a combined courts registry that will simplify the path into the family courts system.
