Arrangement with the Federal Court of Australia and the Family Court of Australia
Section 90 of the Federal Circuit Court of Australia Act 1999 provides that the Chief Judge may, on behalf of the Federal Circuit Court of Australia, arrange with the Chief Judicial Officer (however described) of another Australian Court for an officer or officers of that Court to perform certain functions that are defined in the section on behalf of the Federal Circuit Court of Australia.
