When is this form used?

This form is approved for use by a lawyer who is withdrawing from the record in a proceeding pursuant to Subrule 9.03(1).

General information

A lawyer may not file or serve a notice of withdrawal as lawyer without leave of the Court unless the lawyer has, not less than 7 days before filing the notice, served a notice of intention to withdraw as lawyer on the party for whom the lawyer is acting; See Subrule 9.03(2).
        
A notice of withdrawal as lawyer is to be served on each other party to the proceeding; See Subrule 9.03(1).
