You may use this affidavit in support of an application to set aside a bankruptcy notice pursuant to Rule 3.02 and/or an application for extended time for compliance pursuant to Rule 3.03 of the Federal Magistrates Court (Bankruptcy) Rules 2006. You may also use this affidavit to verify your creditor’s petition instead of completing the affidavit in Part 2 of Form 6: Creditor’s petition. Please see the guide to filling in an affidavit verifying a Creditor's Petition.
