When is this form used?

This form is approved for use for commencing a general federal law proceeding where no other form of application is applicable under the Federal Circuit Court Rules 2001.

Do not use this form if your application relates to family law, child support, industrial law, Bankruptcy, Migration or matters arising under the Administrative Decisions (Judicial Review) Act 1977.
