Pursuant to Rules 2.07A and 2.07B Federal Magistrates Court Rules 2001 registered users are now able to file Federal Magistrates Court applications and supporting documents electronically.
The Commonwealth Courts Portal is an initiative of the Family Court of Australia, the Federal Court of Australia and the Federal Magistrates Court of Australia. It provides secure web-based access to information about cases that are before these courts and also provides the capability for filing documents electronically for family law cases.
