Senate Order on Departmental and Agency Contracts Listing Relating to Period 01January 2009 to 31 December 2009.
The contracts below relate to those which have been entered into by the Federal Magistrates Court which have not been fully performed at 1 January
2009 or which have been entered into during the 12 months prior to 31 December 2009, and which provide for a consideration to the value of $100,000 or more.
The Federal Magistrates Court of Australia has estimated the cost of complying with the Senate Order at $1000.00, determined by calculating the time taken to: collect, analyse and compile the required information and then applying appropriate salary costs; and contractor costs in posting the information to the FMC internet site.
