This service charter outlines the standard of service you can expect
from the administrative staff of the Family Court of Australia and the
Federal Magistrates Court of Australia and what you can do if you
are not happy with the service you have received. It also outlines
your responsibilities as a client of either court. This Charter does not relate to the work that is performed by judges and federal magistrates.
