Printing (PDF) Forms

You can print the PDF forms using either Acrobat Reader or Adobe Acrobat.

If you have a problem printing a PDF document consider the following options:

1. Try printing some other file (e.g. MS Word document). If this document prints correctly the problem is with the Adobe application or the PDF document. If it doesn't print correctly then it is a printer or wider system problem. Consult you printer and system manual. (e.g. your printer may not be connected to your system properly, you may have low memory etc.)

2. Turn you computer off for at least 15 seconds to clear its memory, then try to reprint the PDF document. If it prints correctly then your system may have been out of memory or system resources.

3. Try to print another similar PDF document. If that document prints correctly the other PDF document may be damaged.

4. Make sure you are using Acrobat Reader version 4.0 or higher.

5. If the format of the document does not print correctly change the DPI setting to 300 in the printer setup. If the formatting is still incorrect also select the 'Raster Graphics' option.
