Application for Divorce
To apply for a divorce, you must complete an Application for Divorce and file it with the Court.

Service for Divorce
If you are a sole applicant, you need to serve the Application for Divorce on your spouse. The Divorce Service Kit explains how to do this and includes the forms that you may require.

object to the Application for Divorce that has been sent to you, or
